In Pakistan, large-format porcelain slabs and imported natural marble are often handed over to daily-wage labourers lacking specialized tooling, leading to cracked tiles, uneven edges, and water seepage.
ArcheTile was established with a singular mission: to treat surface fixing as an architectural engineering discipline rather than unmonitored manual work.
When a client invests millions of rupees in 120×240cm Italian porcelain slabs or Statuario marble, placing those surfaces onto uneven concrete with basic cement blobs is a recipe for structural failure.
We invested in multi-pod vacuum suction frames, diamond rail cutters, laser levelling systems, and HEPA dust extractors. More importantly, we instituted strict site protocols—such as mandatory sub-floor flatness audits and 24-hour bathroom flood ponding tests.

Technical Preparation
We never lay tiles over unsound screeds. Every surface is ground, primed, and self-levelled prior to fixing.
