The 6-Step ArcheTile Method
Precision installation is achieved through disciplined site planning, substrate levelling, and documented inspection checkpoints.
Site Survey & Substrate Audit
We measure room geometry, inspect sub-floor compressive strength, check moisture content with digital hygrometers, and audit level tolerances using optical lasers.
Technical Verification Checkpoints:
- Digital floor moisture level measurement (below 2.5% CM standard)
- Substrate flatness check (Precision ±1mm plane compliance)
- Expansion joint location mapping
- Structural deflection assessment for large slabs
"Comprehensive Assessment: We measure before we cut, levelling sub-floors to precision flatness standards so large porcelain slabs lay 100% flush."
Site Survey & Substrate Audit
We measure room geometry, inspect sub-floor compressive strength, check moisture content with digital hygrometers, and audit level tolerances using optical lasers.
Layout Strategy & Tile Schedule
Before mixing mortar, we create a tile layout grid. We align focal axes, balance perimeter cuts symmetrically, minimize narrow sliver tiles, and verify vein matching.
Substrate Preparation & Levelling
We grind high spots, patch micro-cracks with structural epoxies, apply acrylic bonding primers, pour self-levelling screeds, and install 2-coat elastomeric waterproofing membranes in wet areas.
Precision Cutting & Polymer Fixing
Slabs are handled with aluminum vacuum suction frames. Edges are diamond-cut on guide rails. We double-butter mortar using 10mm slant-notch trowels for 100% bed coverage and lock tiles with levelling clips.
Joint Grouting & Multi-Point Inspection
After 24 hours of curing, levelling clips are removed. Joint channels are cleaned and filled with stain-proof epoxy or ultra-fine polymer grout, followed by laser plane inspection.
Clean Handover & Project Passport
The finished surface is deep-cleaned, protected with breathable floor film, and handed over to the client along with their digital Project Passport and written Workmanship Warranty.
