Terms of Service & Quality Assurance
Workmanship warranty terms and site execution conditions for ArcheTile Architectural Surfaces & Precision Fixing (Pvt.) Ltd.
1. Substrate Readiness & Flatness Standards
Large porcelain slabs require sub-floor plane tolerances complying with precision flatness standards (±1.0mm deviation across a 2-metre straightedge). If the existing sub-floor does not meet this standard, ArcheTile will recommend mechanical grinding or self-levelling screed application before tile fixing.
2. Written Workmanship Warranty Coverage
Eligible projects receive a formal written Workmanship Warranty. This covers structural tile adhesion, zero hollow debonding under normal foot traffic, and waterproofing seal integrity for up to 10 years. The warranty does not cover damage caused by severe structural foundation settling, earthquakes, or deliberate impact tools.
3. Site Access & Power Requirements
The client or general contractor must provide continuous single-phase electric power for diamond rail saws and Class-H vacuum extractors, as well as clear access routes for handling 3-metre porcelain slabs.
4. Project Passport Issuance
Upon final site sign-off and payment clearance, the client receives their digital Project Passport containing material batch records, care guidelines, and spare tile storage notes.
5. Complimentary 3-Month Post-Handover Maintenance
Every completed ArchéTile installation includes 3 months of complimentary post-handover maintenance. Clients can request an on-site technical inspection, expansion joint check, and grout touch-up at zero charge within 90 days of project handover.
